We turned in our Pilgrim Characterization Charts (accelerated or gifted) and then took the Canterbury Character Quiz. Classes with extra time watched two Chaucer-and-Canterbury-Tales-related scenes from A Knight's Tale (2000).

After rehearsing our recitation of Middle English, we continued reading the General Prologue of The Canterbury Tales, and broke down the characterization of the Squire on our Pilgrim Characterization Chart.
